==Economy==
Langenthal is an economic and industrial center of regional importance, and the seat of companies including 
[[Ammann Group]] (construction vehicles), [[Motorex|Motorex Bucher]] (lubricants), KADI AG (food), a Ruckstuhl (textile flooring), Lantal Textiles, Création Baumann (textiles).
