===Nocturnal House===
The Nocturnal House was opened in 1977 and is designed in a circular viewing layout that lets visitors circumnavigate the interior of the building while viewing nocturnal animals (mainly Australian-native species) under simulated moonlight.<ref name="zoo_nocturnal"/> Species kept in this building include:
