The house of [[Severus Snape]] is located on a fictional Muggle street called Spinner's End.<ref>{{cite book |last=Granger |first=John |title=Looking for God in Harry Potter |publisher=[[Tyndale House Publishers]] |year=2006 |page=182 |isbn=1-4143-0634-2}}</ref> The street first appears in ''Half-Blood Prince'' when Snape is visited by [[Bellatrix Lestrange]] and [[Narcissa Malfoy]]. In ''Deathly Hallows'', it is revealed that Snape lived in Spinner's End as a child, and that [[Lily Potter]] and [[Petunia Dursley]] lived in the same town.
