In this method team members are encouraged to participate in discussions and contribution. This yield better results. Engaged employees are inspiring to be around, excellent at their jobs, and essential to the success.<ref>{{Cite web |date=2020-12-24 |title=5 Tips on How to Engage your Managers in 2024 |url=https://blog.empuls.io/engaging-managers/ |access-date=2023-12-11 |website=Empuls |language=en}}</ref> Engagement and creating share similarities as both involve participation and support. When team members are engaged, they are invested in their work and the overall goals of the team. Creating, on the other hand, often involves generating new ideas and solutions. Together, they form a solid combination for team management. Engaged team members are more likely to contribute creatively which can lead to problem solving, productivity, and a positive work environment. Ultimately enhancing overall team performance to reach the team's goals.<ref>{{Cite book |last1=McChrystal |first1=General Stanley |url=https://books.google.com/books?id=wW4CDAAAQBAJ |title=Team of Teams: New Rules of Engagement for a Complex World |last2=Collins |first2=Tantum |last3=Silverman |first3=David |last4=Fussell |first4=Chris |date=2015-05-12 |publisher=Penguin |isbn=978-1-59184-748-9 |language=en}}</ref>
