===Boeing 737 MAX crashes=== Graves blamed on May 13, 2019, at the [[United States House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure|House Aviation]] subcommittee hearing, the 737 MAX crashes ([[Lion Air Flight 610]]) on October 29, 2018, and [[Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302]]) on poor training of the Indonesian and Ethiopian pilots.
