== Personal life == Howe started a relationship with Pat Stebbings in 1968.<ref name=hjym>βHe's Just A Yes Man!", June 5, 1971 issue of Jackie magazine (#387)</ref> They married in a register office in Burnt Oak.<ref name=hjym /> She gave birth to his son [[Dylan Howe|Dylan]] in 1969, while living in London.<ref name=hjym/> They divorced within two years and Howe received custody.{{sfn|Howe|2021|page=55}} Dylan was a member of [[the Blockheads]], is part of the [[Steve Howe Trio]] with his father, and toured alongside him as Yes's second drummer in 2017. Bristol stored it for him when he was out of the country on tour, and in 1992 he sold it back to them, with {{convert|55000|mi}} on it, at a profit. Since then Howe and his wife have driven, or been driven in, exclusively [[Mercedes-Benz]] products.{{sfn|Howe|2021|page=118-119}}
