'''Haster''' is a small remote rural hamlet and district in [[Wick, Caithness|Wick]], in the [[Highland (council area)|Highland]] area of [[Scotland]].<ref>{{cite web |title=Haster |url=http://www.scottish-places.info/towns/townfirst2029.html |website=The Gazetteer for Scotland |publisher=School of GeoSciences, University of Edinburgh and The Royal Scottish Geographical Society |accessdate=20 June 2018}}</ref> It is located just west of the Bridge of Haster, which carries the [[A882 road]] linking the [[burghs]] of [[Wick, Caithness|Wick]] and [[Thurso]] over the [[Achairn Burn]] to the main [[A9 road (Great Britain)|A9 road]]. The ruins of St Cuthbert's Church is close to the hamlet.
