The [[population density]] was 7,532.4 inhabitants per square mile (2,906.1/km<sup>2</sup>). The average housing unit density was 3,535.3 per square mile (1,364.0/km<sup>2</sup>). The racial makeup of the CDP was 42.85% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 6.61% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.47% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 31.26% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.07% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 7.17% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 11.56% from two or more races.
