I'm not sure - the actual article has no advertising and provides useful and accurate information on what an Option is. 163.1.141.7

Err, dude, it was so easy to split, why the fuck would you want to delete this valuable information? *boggle* You should thank the guys from Lease2Purchase.com from allowing us to copy this information on the pedia instead of bashing em. Shame on you boy. Keep - this needs some serious cleanup, but the final paragraph can form a stubby article on Lease/Options, which I think deserves an article (and indeed, it was a redlink on List of real estate topics prior to this being created.
