Laura Hubert is a Canadian rock and jazz singer.<ref>"Not just 'a girl singing jazz'". National Post, November 11, 2000.</ref> She was the lead vocalist for the alternative rock group Leslie Spit Treeo in the 1980s and 1990s,<ref name=busking>"Leslie Spit Treeo still true to street-busking roots". Toronto Star, May 11, 1990.</ref> and has subsequently released three solo jazz CDs.
