==Demographics and distribution== Balti is spoken in most parts of [[Gilgit-Baltistan]] in [[Pakistan]] and [[Kargil]] and Nubra [[Ladakh]] in [[India]]. Balti is also spoken by immigrants in [[Karachi]], [[Lahore]], [[Peshawar]], [[Islamabad]], [[Quetta]], and other cities of Pakistan.
